90 SQUARES TERMS OF SERVICE Please read these terms before using 90 Squares (90squares.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. 1. WHAT 90 SQUARES IS 90 Squares is a free prediction game for Premier League matches. A board is attached to one match, and each minute of the match is a square. Players claim minutes, and when a goal is scored, whoever holds that minute earns points. Points exist only inside the game. 2. AGE REQUIREMENT You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use 90 Squares. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are 16 or over. If we learn that someone under 16 has an account, we may close it and delete its data. 3. NO WAGERING, NO PRIZES 90 Squares is not a betting or gambling service. The game awards points only. It does not accept stakes, entry fees or deposits for playing, it does not pay out money or prizes of any kind, and points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything. You must not use 90 Squares to run, organise, record, promote or facilitate betting, gambling, wagering, sweepstakes, pools or any other game played for money or money's worth, whether on the service or off it. We may remove boards and close accounts that we reasonably believe are used for this. 4. NOT AFFILIATED 90 Squares is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, any football club, or any league or governing body. Club names and related marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and matches. 5. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information and keep one account per person. You can sign in with an email link or code, or with a Google account. 6. BOARDS AND OTHER PLAYERS Boards are visible only to their members. The person who creates a board (the owner) and the admins they appoint can invite and remove members and manage the board. Display names are shown to the other members of a board you belong to. Be respectful. Do not use a display name or any other content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or impersonates someone else. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. 7. HOW SCORING WORKS Match data, including goals and the minute they are scored, comes from a third-party data provider and is processed automatically. Goals can be disallowed or corrected, and points are recalculated when that happens. Boards for matches that are postponed or abandoned are voided and no points are awarded. Results shown on the service may be delayed or contain errors, and we do not guarantee that scoring is accurate or uninterrupted. Our decision on how points are awarded is final. 8. PAID PLANS Free accounts can use 90 Squares with the limits shown on the site. We may offer paid plans for board organisers that provide extra tools and higher limits. A paid plan pays for those tools only. It does not give any chance of winning anything. Players never need to pay to take part. Details of any paid plan, including price, will be shown before you buy it. 9. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, gain access to other people's accounts or boards, create accounts automatically, or interfere with how points are awarded. 10. OUR RIGHTS We own the 90 Squares name, logo, design and software. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while these terms allow it. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service. 11. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES 90 Squares is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms. When we publish a new version, you will be asked to accept it before you continue to use the service. 12. LIABILITY Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as data provider outages. Because the service is free for players and involves no money, our total liability to you for anything connected with 90 Squares is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 pounds if you paid nothing. 13. ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT You can stop using 90 Squares at any time. To have your account and data deleted, send a request through the contact form on the site. We verify requests and complete them within one month. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We keep a record that you accepted these terms (your user ID, the version and the time) because we need it to show that consent was given. 14.
